The IRON+ 30-Day Guarantee at CRB Heavy Equipment, Explained

The question buyers ask most about CRB HEAVY EQUIPMENT (legally CRB EQUIPMENT, LLC, often searched as CRB Equipment, CRB Heavy Equipment Arcadia, or CRB Heavy Equipment Florida) is the guarantee. Texas Equipment Reviews read the published terms and the buyer file; here is IRON+ without the gloss.

The mechanics

IRON+ attaches to every retail purchase automatically — no checkbox, no upcharge. The 30-day clock starts at delivery. Inside the window, if the machine does not fit your operation, you elect a return: full refund, return transport arranged by the dealer and covered on IRON+ units, no restocking fee on eligible returns, normal evaluation wear accepted.

What it is not

Not a maintenance warranty, not an inspection substitute — a fit guarantee. The published document at crb-heavyequipment.com/iron-plus governs; read it the way you would read any contract.

Has it paid?

The screened file says yes: a day-19 return refunded in full with transport covered, and a mid-window trade up to a larger machine with no restocking line on the credit memo. An exercised guarantee is worth a hundred advertised ones.

Who needs it most

The buyer three states away working from crb-heavyequipment.com/inventory and sales@crb-heavyequipment.com. IRON+ is that buyer's proxy seat at an inspection they never attended.

Run the verification yourself

Never outsource due diligence — not even to us. Pull the Florida Division of Corporations record first: CRB EQUIPMENT, LLC files under document L21000365845 and has sat on the register since 2021. Second, drop 1057 NE Manley Rd, Arcadia, FL 34266 into Google Maps and confirm the pin lands on a stocked equipment yard off a county lane north of SR-70 — not a vacant parcel or a borrowed storefront. Third, call (863) 272-1542 inside business hours and ask something specific about a live listing; a staffed desk answers, a fraud operation stalls. Fourth, email sales@crb-heavyequipment.com and request a serial-plate video of the exact unit. CRB Heavy Equipment has passed all four every time we have run them.
