Bought a Takeuchi TL8 off the website photos and a serial video. Truck rolled into my Ocala yard four days later and the machine matched every frame.

GPS put me right at the gate off Manley Rd, just north of the 70. Machines lined up on the sand pad, keys ready, no runaround on price.

Nervous first-timer money. They walked me through every line on the invoice and the 30-day return term before I ever asked. Dug my first pond with it last week.

US-17 straight north, left at the edge of town. Cycled a Cat 305 and a Kubota back to back on the pad. Took the Kubota home behind my dually.

Wheel loader was honest iron at an honest number. The title packet took one extra day to hit my inbox — desk apologized and tracked it the whole way.

We frame in North Port and lost a skid steer mid-job. These folks had a replacement staged, invoiced, and on a truck inside 72 hours. Saved the schedule.

I photograph serial plates before I pay anybody. Theirs matched the listing and the invoice without a digit off. That alone puts them ahead of half this industry.

Asked about slop in the bucket pins on an older backhoe and got a straight answer plus close-up video. Priced accordingly. Bought it anyway because honesty is rare.

Emailed sales@crb-heavyequipment.com at 8 AM about two track loaders. Full written quotes with freight to Georgia came back before noon. My banker funded off the packet as-is.

D5K arrived greased, serviced, and strapped like somebody cared. Final invoice matched the emailed number to the penny. No fee surprises at the finish line.

Needed drainage cut on our sod blocks before summer storms. Called Monday, machine delivered Thursday with the inspection sheet emailed ahead. Clean machine, clean deal.

Bought a loader tractor for my place out toward Pine Level. Nobody tried to stack attachments on the ticket. Old-fashioned horse trade, done right.
